  • We understand and try our best to deliver all orders on time. Once the order is made on our store, a confirmation message is sent to the number mentioned on the order form. Prior to dispatching, a confirmation call is made to the customer. Moreover, a call is made by the logistics company to confirm the expected time and day of delivery. Customers are requested to stay on the lookout for calls to avoid a hassle free delivery.
  • The shipment is handled by our logistics partners and the riders are instructed not to hand over the package prior to payment. Please understand that in the event of any problem the rider cannot and would not return the parcel. However, you can always reach our customer care at +92-306-9531114. The problem will be dealt with care and measures taken appropriately.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over Rs.3,499. For purchases below this threshold, a standard delivery charge of Rs.250 will apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
